The GT Owner's Warranty — a lifetime PPF warranty you can actually hold
Every GT Signature and Concours installation leaves with a signed, numbered warranty certificate: film AND labour, for as long as the registered owner keeps the vehicle.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Yellowing, cracking, peeling, bubbling, edge-lift and installation defects — film and labour — for life on Signature and Concours (5 years on Essential). Underneath it, the film manufacturer's warranty is registered to your car as standard. You get both.
No-fault panel replacements
Any damage, any cause — a scrape, a trolley, a bad wash — that panel's film is replaced free. Three times on Signature, six times on Concours. Impact damage isn't a warranty claim at Grand Touch; it's a panel replacement.
What keeps the warranty active?
Free inspections at 6 and 12 months, then yearly (about 20 minutes: wash, edge check). A missed inspection converts cover to the 5-year base term — it never hard-voids. Concours visits include a free full ceramic refresh over the film.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell the car?
On GT Signature and GT Concours — yes, once. The lifetime cover transfers with the vehicle to one subsequent registered owner for the rest of its life. The new owner applies in writing within 30 days of the sale and brings the car in for a free transfer inspection at our Dubai studio; the inspection schedule then continues and binds them. The defect cover on film and labour transfers. Unused no-fault panel replacements and complimentary aftercare stay with the original purchaser. GT Essential's 5-year warranty does not transfer. Cover ends if the vehicle is permanently exported from the UAE.
What voids it?
Very little, and it's all published: third-party rework ends cover for that panel; automatic brush washes and improper care are excluded; resprayed panels are noted at install.
How do claims work?
WhatsApp photos to +971 56 719 1045, same-week inspection slot, approved work completed free within about 14 days, logged against your certificate number.
